We are limiting the amount of people allowed in the sale at any time due to a few Factors. Everyone must wear masks while in the home and practice social distancing. Please do not arrive before your scheduled appointment. Not responsible for injury or accidents.

The 11 Commandments for this Sale:
1. This sale will be starting Friday March 5th 8am-6pm, Saturday March 6th 8am-5pm Sunday 10am-4pm Monday 9am-5pm, scheduled appointments only.
2. This Sale is by Appointment ONLY.  Everyone gets 50 minutes . There will be a strict limit on the number of people in the home at any time. You can bring other people but all must be in ONE car. You can schedule an appointment starting today February 25th. (937)559-3819 CALL/TEXT. You can leave a message,leave name and number. Please be patient as I will get back with you ASAP. Please do NOT show up before your scheduled time.
3. Anyone entering the sale must wear a mask.  NO exceptions. Masks Must be worn properly.
4. Please be respectful of others and maintain appropriate social distancing at any tables,etc
5. Please do not come to the sale if you are sick, coughing or have a fever.
6. Please Respect the Neighbor. There will be orange cones to show you where to park!
7. The lane/long driveway into the property has holes and is one way, meaning... 2 cars cannot pass at one time...so do not be early or you will have to reverse out the lane to the top where there is room for 2 cars. We are not responsible for damage. You are entering at your own risk. It will also be muddy...wear appropriate footwear.
8. Address will be given when I call/text to confirm your appointment the day before. Property on in Clayton,Ohio , outside of Englewood.
9. All sales are final. Cash and credit card with proper ID.
10. Bring you own help to load.
