* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* Applicable taxes apply
* Cash & all major credit cards accepted.
* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.
* Live bids always take precedence over online bids!
* Buyer Premium: - 16%
* The credit card on file will be billed following the close of the auction. Please make sure that a valid credit card is on file, there will be a $25 fee for any declined payments.
* We will add shipping and handling charges (minimum $5 handling fee) the following week and bill the card on file when ready. We will send a final invoice and the tracking number as soon as we ship.
*Pickup is Monday March 22nd To Wednesday March 24th from 10:00am to 6:00pm at our Cleveland Auction Warehouse.
