TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Bidding will begin closing Saturday, October 7th at 1:00pm

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.

* Applicable taxes apply

* Cash & all major credit cards accepted.

* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.

* Buyer Premium: - 16%

* The credit card on file will be billed following the close of the auction on Monday morning, 10/9/23 at 8:00am. Please make sure that a valid credit card is on file, there will be a $25 fee for any declined payments.

* Pickup is Monday, October 9th to Wednesday, October 11th from 10:00am - 6:00pm at our Cleveland Auction Warehouse.

* PAYMENT FOR ALL ORDERS REQUIRING SHIPPING IS DUE MONDAY!

* If you are not from the Cleveland area, shipping is available for most items up to 70lbs. Please contact us with any questions. Shipping charges will be calculated and added the week following the auction. You will receive a final invoice with the total and tracking information when your order ships.

* Minimum $5 handling fee per box plus shipping cost.

* Fragile items, large, heavy items, large lots of small items, and large orders in general can be rather expensive to ship and will have higher handling fees based on materials and labor. Please consider this when bidding if you need shipping!!.
