GENERAL CONDITIONS
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase. By participating in this sale, all buyers agree to these terms in full.

PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment only: Cash, Venmo, PayPal (Friends & Family only — no buyer protection), Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash.
No personal checks, money orders, or credit/debit cards. All purchases must be paid in full before items leave the premises.

ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been accepted. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

REMOVAL & MOVING
Buyers are responsible for all removal of purchased items. Please come prepared with appropriate help, packing materials, boxes, blankets, and a vehicle suited to your purchases.
• Staff will assist with loading small, manageable items as a courtesy only.
• We are not responsible for damage that occurs during loading or transport.
• Movers, furniture dollies, and heavy-lifting equipment are the buyer's responsibility to provide.
• All large items must be removed within 48 hours of the final day of the sale.
• Items not removed within the stated window may be forfeited with no refund.

SALE DURATION
This is a 3-day sale. All remaining items at the conclusion of the sale are considered closed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time throughout the sale at our sole discretion.

LIABILITY
Buyers enter the premises and participate in this sale entirely at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property occurring on or off the premises. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service and remove anyone from the premises at any time. Theft will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Do not move, hide, or relocate items within the home. Bags may be subject to inspection upon exit.
