We have some parking adjacent to the building in the gated lot on E. 71st St., there is also an open lot across the street from that lot on E. 71st St. and there is another parking lot at Chester and E. 71st St., for the little park there!

Also Featuring Christopher Urlam's Private Book Collection & Former Store Stock of over 10,000 books on Art, Religion, War, Avant Garde, History, Novels etc. A facsimile edition of The Gutenberg Bible, a 1593 vellum bound 11 volume religious set & other early books (Condition issues with many of the leather bound books etc). Large Stamp Collection!
Also David’s collection of Oriental rugs & Kilims (all need to be cleaned & or repaired), American crockery, primitive & other furniture, Restaurant Wares, objects etc!

Most of the art work is very large and a lot of it is huge, but there are normal size pieces too! Many pieces are on canvas and some on board and some on Styrofoam.

Please Take Note That This Is A Huge, Very Dusty & In Places Damp & Musty-Very Old Building Not For The Squeamish Or Those With Lung Issues!!
