Due to the nature of the age of the pieces in this collection, any possible wear associated with age has been considered into prices of said pieces. No large bags will be allowed. Our clients have occupied the mansion for over 25 years, filling it with only the finest antiquities and high-end objects. The following is a highlighted list of what you'll find on the 4 floors of the mansion (over 24,000 sq. ft.)
FIRST DAY INSTRUCTIONS:
WE WILL ONLY BE HONORING OUR NUMBERS.
NUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE ENTRY GATE AT 7AM (LOOK FOR SIGN.)
GATES WILL OPEN AT 9AM.
POLICE & SECURITY WILL HELP WITH PARKING.
IF ANYONE BLOCKS ANY PORTION OF ANY DRIVE ON ANY PROPERTY
THEY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TOWED BY POLICE ON PREMISES.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND EXPECT ALL WILL CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN RESPECTFUL MANNER IN THIS GATED COMMUNITY.
