We are more than excited to present our most esteemed collection thus far.

Our clients have occupied the mansion for over 25 years, filling it with only the finest antiquities and high-end objects. The following is a highlighted  list of what you'll find on the 4 floors of the mansion (over 24,000 sq. ft.)

FIRST DAY INSTRUCTIONS:

WE WILL ONLY BE HONORING OUR NUMBERS.

NUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE ENTRY GATE AT 7AM (LOOK FOR SIGN.)

GATES WILL OPEN AT 9AM. 

POLICE & SECURITY WILL HELP WITH PARKING.

IF ANYONE BLOCKS ANY PORTION OF ANY DRIVE ON ANY PROPERTY

THEY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TOWED BY POLICE ON PREMISES.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND EXPECT ALL WILL CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN  RESPECTFUL MANNER IN THIS GATED COMMUNITY.

ON 2ND, 3RD, & 4TH DAYS:

NUMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED

GATES OPEN AT 9AM

POLICE AND SECURITY WILL ASSIST WITH PARKING

*NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE HOME FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE SALE

*IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, SHOES MUST BE REMOVED UPON ENTERING
