METHODS OF PAYMENT – Cash or Credit. There will be 3.5% fee added to any credit card charge. Minimum charge of $20.00.

NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES are to be consumed by the Customer, while inside the building.

PARK RESPONSIBLY as required by signs and city ordinances.
BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS at the Sale and the neighborhood.
SHOPLIFTERS will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
DAMAGES – Customers will be held responsible for any damage to items for sale, building or property.
THERE WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE WITH THE MOVING, CARRYING OR PACKING OF ANY PURCHASED ITEMS. Please provide the necessary help with the moving of purchased items from the sale and the appropriate materials. All purchased items must be removed the day of purchase, unless arrangements have been made with Liquidator management. If purchased items are not removed prior to the end of the sale, the items purchased will be forfeited.
