This is an ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK sale. Home owner not responsible for injuries so please watch your step. Be careful on steps and watch for snow/water brought in on shoes. Homeowner and sales agents assume no liability.

All items priced to sell. No reasonable offer refused. There will be some great bargains, possible project pieces.

This is a smoke free home. Absolutely no smoking on premises. Web cameras are in place. Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Cash or PayPal to our email only. Bring help to move and load larger items. Drop-off delivery (driveway or street level) within a 50 mile radius can be negotiated for larger items. Minimum $25 drop-off delivery charge.

Not responsible for accidents or injuries. You attend the sale at your own risk. Be careful on all steps.

All sales as is – this reflects that any purchase you make is sold in whatever condition it is in. Working or not, chips or cracks, faded, or perfect. What you see is what you are buying.

All sales final – any purchase you make cannot be returned.

Entrance to the sale – With the poor weather forecast, we will NOT honor waiting line "numbers" outside. If we must limit entry, we will collect a cell phone number to text for the wait list. You can wait for the text in the comfort of your car.

Receipts will be given and will be requested upon exit.
