- We will hand out line order numbers at 9 am on Saturday, June 1st. If anyone arrives before 9 am please keep track of your own order. No access behind the gate until 10 am.
- This sale will be held entirely OUTDOORS. It will take place on our large open L-shaped porch and on our driveway. There will not be any entry into our house. Please be respectful.
-There are a few steps that lead up to the porch. Unfortunately the porch is not wheelchair accessible.
-Enter into our property at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
-Please be patient as there is a lot to see. Again, this is outdoors only and there is no access to the inside of the house.
-Everything sold as-is, where-is. No refunds or exchanges.

Downsizing part 2 + Yard sale happening in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland on June 1st and 2nd. This is the second edition of our downsizing sale. There are a LOT of new items that weren’t at the first edition of the sale plus some duplicates we have. This sale has lots of vintage glassware items! We are having a driveway + porch sale featuring unique vintage items and there will be some usual yard sale type items too. The large porch will hold all individually priced items and the driveway will be a mix of regular yard sale stuff, such as $1 and $2 item tables with more individually priced goods as well. We have all sorts of vintage Jadeite, Pyrex, FireKing, Swung glass vases, vintage toys, vintage comic books, records, mcm lamps, mineral specimens, vintage clothing, Snoopy items, Vintage Travel Pennants, Film Cameras, Magic Lantern Slides, Tin Types & Other Antique Photographs, Chalkware, Lucite Grapes, Vintage Chairs…all sorts of mid century modern and more.
