I am located on Perkins Ave. which is 1 block N. of Chester Ave. between 40th & 36th Streets, a few blocks from the freeway. First floor-first door-no stairs! Ample parking in front & across the street in the huge lot!

 Other things to do in what is becoming an arts district neighborhood are: Judith Salomon Ceramics will be open in my building Sat. 11-5 & Sun. 12-5, & the amazing 16,000 sq. ft. Modernism filled ''Launch Pad'' 1814 E. 40th-at Kelley-will be open every Sat. & Sun. 12-4 and that is only 1 block North of me!
