Numbers will be put out at 8:00 am of the first day.

Please be respectful of properties and park responsibly.
Do not park on the properties grass or block driveways.
Parking in the driveway is strictly prohibited.

EO and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while on the property by coming on to the property, you agree to indemnify EO and the owner of any liability.

Prices are always firm on the first day of the sale. Please don’t ask.

Shoplifters and tag changers will be prosecuted. We reserve the right to search bags and purses.

If you break it, you buy it. If you put in "your pile", you bought it.

All items purchased must be removed from property by 4:00 pm on the last day of the sale.

We do not provide a furniture moving or loading service - please bring your own OR make arrangements. If our staff assists COMPENSATION is a MUST.
