Sale Dates: This Weekend Feb 27, 28 & 29th

                    FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Sale Time: 10 - 4pm both days.

NO EARLY BIRDS allowed in prior to 10am. Numbered cards will be available at the driveway base at 8:30am FRIDAY only - NOT NEEDED ANY OHTER TIME. The numbered cards will be in a plastic bag (assuming damp weather) sitting on top of a orange bucket on the driveway or near the curb. Return Friday just before 10am to gain entry in an orderly fashion based on your number.

Need a hand?  Speak up and either our team members or the other wonderful estate sale shoppers may help.  We try when we can to help our shoppers out with their purchases. But sometimes we are just swamped.  So, ask other nice estate sale shoppers if you need a hand.  Most are more than happy to assist if able.  

Parking: Please note that the driveway will be available ONLY for loading. Do not block other driveways, mail boxes or fire hydrants obeying all parking laws. Please pay close attention to any parking signs.

Official Stuff: 
No previews or pre-sales.

Be an Estate Sale Pro and come with reusable shopping bags, boxes, wrapping materials and your own muscle to move small furniture.

We prefer CASH, second Debit Cards, we do accept major credit cards, ATMs are near by and we'll gladly hold items with a non-refundable deposit applied to your purchase for a specified period of time... usually 1 hour.

ALL Items must be removed from site by the end of the sale at 4pm. Moving assistance is not provided. We do our best to help when we can and often other Estate Sale Shoppers are usually very nice and open to lending a hand.
