You MUST bring your own help to remove large items! All items must be removed between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm.
When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. It is YOUR responsibility to find help to move large items, and to inspect items before purchasing. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. There are no public restrooms. We are first come first serve and do not accept presale offers. We accept cash and check only. Numbers will be given out at 8:00am Friday for your place in line when the sale starts. Driveway is reserved for passenger drop off and furniture pick-up ONLY! Be courteous to the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes. It is YOUR responsibility to bring help and tools when removing furniture. Please inspect all items before purchasing. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. We are not responsible for accidents or injury and reserve the right to inspect bags and belongings upon entry and exit.
