Requirements for purchasing etc
1. 21 years of age or older to purchase all weapons.
2. All  buyers will be required to pass a NICS background check. Muzzleloaders do not require background check nor do airguns. You're required to show a government-issued ID. Fee for background check is $30 payable directly to Tag Sales by DeeDee
 3. For buyers that live outside of Ohio: (a.) Firearms will be shipped  to an FFL dealer in your state. Buyer/winning bidder pays all UPS costs to pack and ship to an FFL dealer near you according to federal/Ohio laws.Fee of $20 will be applied and paid directly to Tag Sales by DeeDee for transporting weapons to UPS or USPS
4. Winning bidders must contact Tag Sales by DeeDee (614-795-3429) directly to set appointment for background check and pickup  time and location of pickup.
5. Please do not fire weapons without having an inspection done by a reputable gunsmith. Please understand that these are used weapons unless otherwise stated.
6. All firearms are untested. Please use photos as further description and for further information on condition.
