First come first serve, and there will be no pre-sales. CASH ONLY. No checks. No credit cards. When you are at the sale and you’d like to buy a larger item or piece of furniture - please pull the tag and hold onto it until check out. This means you’ve bought said item - there are no tag backs. It is your responsibility alone to move and transport large furniture and to inspect them fully, prior to purchasing. All purchased items must be removed from the home by the time the sale is over (4:00 pm on Saturday October 28th). Items are sold as-is and there are no refunds. Drive cautiously and watch for pedestrians and cyclists. Please respect the neighborhood and do not block the neighbor’s driveways or mailboxes. There will be no parking in the driveway of the sale property. The driveway will be reserved for large item loading and pickups. Please be mindful of the no parking signs, if you are parked illegal, you will be ticketed. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all items. No public restrooms. Watch your steps on the property. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents. Saturday - all items are 50% off. All sales are final.
