I know a lot of things about a lot of things but I can’t know everything about everything so please always use photographs as further description and feel free to ask questions. I do my best to describe items as well as I can.

Always bring your own boxes and packing materials and be prepared to remove your items from the house yourself as movers will not be on site to help you. Bring your own labor.

(Note: you must use the www before web address and please note that I am not affiliated with them but have used them several times with great success)

Please always be mindful of the neighbors and do not block mailboxes, driveways or park in peoples grass. Please make sure when parking on the street that you allow room for cars to get through.

1. Payments will be taken online ONLY.

2. To eliminate physical interaction, bidders will call when they arrive to pickup location. You should stay in their car and shouldn’t congregate in groups.

3. Consider hiring movers or delivery people. (www.Shorthaul.me is a great resource. You must put the www in your browser bar) to move out furniture to the drop zone if you cannot move the items yourself.

4. All staff and customers will wear face mask

5. Face masks are required when coming to pickup. We really appreciate you doing your part to keep us, yourselves and others as safe as possible.

6. Hand sanitizer will be available to everyone

7. If you are sick, please send someone to pick up your items for you.

8. We will be following all social distancing practices so there will be a limit on the people allowed in home at one time.
