Sale held by Caring Transitions of North Central Ohio (Greater Columbus, OH area). Here we offer a variety of merchandise made available from our clients requiring estate liquidation / estate sales / tag sales services. There will be one entrance only in and out of the warehouse.
Please do not call or e-mail prior to sale to inquire about specific item pricing. No early birds or pre-sales please.
Cash and credit cards accepted on-site. No checks please. Purchased items must be removed from site during the course of the sale unless otherwise arranged with Caring Transitions. Buyer must arrange for packing, loading and transporting of purchased items. Caring Transitions staff cannot be made available for these purposes. Caring Transitions may be able to provide referrals for movers or related service providers.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and all sales are FINAL. Please inspect property carefully prior to purchase. Items cannot be “held” for any period of time throughout the sale. Payment of items is required to mark item sold. Buyer must provide proof of sale prior to removal from premise. Caring Transitions provides this info to buyers at check-out.
Some items may not be eligible for discounts per client instruction. Those items will be clearly identified and communicated to prospective buyers.
