SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: Cash and credit cards accepted. A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments. No checks accepted.

ALL SALES FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

BRING HELP TO LOAD. Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases. Sales staff will not be available to assist with heavy items.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. All equipment is sold in its current condition. Buyers are responsible for verifying dimensions, condition, functionality, electrical requirements, and compatibility before purchasing. The bakery owner will be on-site to discuss equipment with potential buyers.

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL. Buyers must arrange appropriate transportation, labor, and equipment to remove large or heavy purchases. Coordinate any necessary disconnection of gas, electrical, or plumbing connections with sale organizers, and have qualified professionals complete the work. Buyers may not disconnect installed equipment without prior approval.

PICKUP DEADLINES. Large equipment purchases may be scheduled for pickup by arrangement. Remove all purchases by the agreed-upon deadline within 7 days of purchase.

SAFETY FIRST. Please use caution throughout the property. The House Collection and the property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries except as required by applicable law.

PURCHASED ITEMS. All items must be paid for in full before removal. Buyers assume responsibility for their purchases upon sale, including any damage caused during removal.

The House Collection reserves the right to modify pricing, withdraw items from the sale, or refuse removal arrangements that may pose a safety risk.
