**Estate Sale Terms & Conditions**
**Sale Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM**
All items are in great condition and are sold **AS IS**. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items before purchasing.
**Payment Methods Accepted:**
Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal.
A **4% processing fee will be added to all non-cash payments.**
**No Holds.** Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. An item is not considered sold until payment has been received.
Buyers are responsible for removing, disassembling, carrying, and loading all purchased items. Please bring the proper tools, packing materials, bags, totes, boxes, moving equipment, vehicles, and assistance needed.
Seller/staff will not be responsible for lifting, loading, transporting, or securing purchased items.
For large items such as beds, furniture, and appliances, buyers must bring any tools needed for disassembly and enough help to safely remove and load items.
All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up by the agreed deadline may be considered abandoned.
Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during item removal. Seller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage during the sale or pickup process.
