The home will be for sale by Karen Huelsman of Irongate Realtors very soon. It is a wonderful home located across the street from Lincoln Park Retirement Home. It is wonderfully landscaped and would make a great home for anyone!
The auction will start at 6PM on Tuesday, June 23rd and start closing at 6PM on Tuesday, July 7th.
Pickup will be on Tuesday, July 14th from from 3-6PM at 651 Renolda Woods Court, Kettering Ohio!
Please note that this is a very private housing community with very specific parking areas. We will direct to the proper parking areas for the removal!
This auction is an online only, it is completely online! No bidding in person on auction site!
Please bring help and equipment to remove items safely. Please bring assistance and equipment to remove what is purchased!
