Beverly's Sale

I am doing this sale with much sadness.  Beverly worked our sales with us from time to time.  She had an antique shop back in Philly "back in the day" as she would say. She came to one of our sales in October of 2012 and expressed interest in helping up from time to time, free of charge! I said, well, I wouldn't feel comfortable not paying you, but I will consider your offer for sure!  Loved her the instant I met her!  She was able to drive, and, from my analysis, she was in very good health.  She had a lot of energy!  She was so fun to have at our sales, and she will be missed.

When she would tease me about when the time would come to do her sale, she made me promise she would not have an open door sale due to the bi laws in her community.  I would tell her not to worry, that was so far off, I am not even thinking about that.  I was so surprised and saddened when I learned she was ill. She passed away on Friday, September 19th.  Her son, Bill, called me and told me the news.  I was heart broken.  I really couldn't believe it. She seemed so healthy and active. 

Anyhow, Bill told me that his mom had told him to make sure to call me and that she wanted me to sell her belongings.  It has been hard going over there, I feel weird going through her things.  It is different when you know someone.  I always tell families when I meet with them that our process is 1 gazillion times faster than they could ever do it because it isn't personal for us.  I only knew Beverly for 2 years, I cannot imagine if I had to do this for someone I have known my entire life.

Okay, okay, back to the sale......we are doing this by appointment only beginning Tuesday, October 7th through Friday October 10th from 3-5:30pm, Saturday, October 11th from 1-3pm and again on Monday, October 13th from 3-5:30.  AND, October 13th is Beverly's birthday :)  The condo is located in Centerville, Ohio. We WILL do pre sales throughout that week. We are doing our best to provide as much information in the ads as possible, you will have to contact us directly for pricing.
