Items not picked up at scheduled removal or that have not had shipping arranged by pickup day will be resold for storage fees and moving fees.  NO Exceptions!!!

  A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged for all purchases. 

 All sales are final and everything is sold as-is!  Please use images or arrange preview to verify condition!

 Innovative Auctions does not handle shipping of items sold.  We urge you to call for an estimate ahead of auction closing if you plan on buying items!  All buyers will need to contact The UPS Store to arrange shipping at the following number 937-754-9999.  They will contact us and we will transport smaller items to them to ship. They may pick up furniture. Call them to ask. 

 Furniture packing and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  We suggest that picking it up is the best option.  Please bring help to pickup furniture. We do not ship furniture at this time.
