THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH PICK-UP IN DIAMOND (Paris Township), OHIO! All winning bidders will be sent a paid invoice receipt. Please check Auction info tab for pick up day and times. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION: (please note terms and conditions may be different for each auction and are subject to change)
1. REGISTRATION: Bidders must enter a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card along with required contact information. By bidding, you agree to all terms and conditions so please read everything.
2. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium on all items will be added to every item sold. This also covers the cost of processing credit cards. We also charge tax on every item sold. If you are tax exempt - you MUST present that prior to bidding as we cannot accept it after.
3. PAYMENT: Payment for all items accepted by credit card or cash (if using cash, you must contact us prior to us charging your card. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged the morning after the conclusion of the auction for the entire amount of your purchase(s) (unless otherwise indicated on large ticket items). Be sure to have an available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. Additional charges may hit your card within one week if you require shipping.
4. REMOVAL: This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH ITEMS LOCATED IN DIAMOND (Paris Township), OHIO. Actual address will be sent to winning bidders. Pick up for all items will be Saturday, May 2nd from 10-1pm only. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE INDICATED REMOVAL TIME(S). NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACK'S WILL BE GRANTED. After the scheduled removal, items left will be considered abandoned. The amount of your purchase will be surrendered as a removal fee up to the total amount of your purchase for disposal of your item(s). Some items are outside, or in the basement that require you to climb steps, need a dolly to remove or extra help.
5. SHIPPING: Shipping within the CONUS (The Continental United States) MAY be available for some auction items at the buyer's expense plus a $10 convenience fee. Each listing will show if it is available for shipping. For any items that may arrive damaged, you as the buyer must make the claim through the carrier service (USPS or UPS). We can help with providing receipt info and tracking, but it is your responsiblity to make the claim as you habe the items in your possession. 6. PICKUP OF ASSETS: LOCATED AT: DIAMOND (Paris Township), OHIO. NO EARLY PICKUP - if you attempt early pickup, you will be blocked from further auctions. Actual address will be sent to winning bidders. Pick up for all items will be Saturday, May 2nd from 10-1pm only. BIDDERS are responsible for their OWN removal. If you do not take all items that you won, you will be charged a $10/lot disposal fee. The auction company staff does not provide moving services or tools. Please be prepared to move all of your purchases and bring plenty of help/boxes/dollys - some items are heavy and need more than one person. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned and no chargeback will be granted. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times.
7. WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION: You will be contacted by email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email/Spam). NOTE: it takes time to process invoices so plan on up to 5 hours after auction close to receive your invoice receipt.
8. AUCTION DESCRIPTION: Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. You are bidding on the described item with photographs as added description. Occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed or extra items shown in the pictures that is not included in the lot. Always read the item description. Any documented inspection or description is opinion, not fact and does not constitute a warranty of any kind.
9. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. We do not test any jewelry or coins. We do not authentic or grade items. Please bid accordingly. Clover Auctions is not responsible for the use or misuse of items, infestation and pathogens, environmental harm or any injury or harm caused by items purchased. All sales are final.
10. MULTI-PARCEL: This auction will be multi parcel when appropriate.
11: FIREARMS: We observe all Federal and State gun laws. When bidding on Firearms, bidders must have a VALID State of Ohio ID, be 18 years of age to purchase long guns and 21 years of age to purchase handguns. All online gun sales must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Buyers will undergo a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check when completing the transfer at the FFL dealer located in N. Canton (winning bidder will be sent the name/addresss of the dealer). Buyer is responsible for final auction fee plus transfer fees of $25 per item charged by the FFL dealer (winning bidder will be sent the name/addresss of the dealer). The same person who registers to bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale – no one else will be permitted to make the transfer. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID FOR ANOTHER PERSON. If you know you are not supposed to possess a firearm, do not bid.

13. Clover Auctions does not authenticate "graded" or 'signed" items that we list. We do not test jewelry that comes in. We can only go by what is represented to us and list items as such. Please do your own research to verify as everything is sold "AS IS" no guarantees.
