Pickup & Loading: Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, moving equipment, and help for large or heavy items. There will be movers onsite. HOME IS SOLD - NO AVAILABILITY FOR PICKUP PAST THE PRIMARY PICKUP DAY.
Shipping & Warehouse Transfers: If you cannot attend pickup, please call or text 220-246-8506 to request transfers/shipping of SMALLER items for a fee of $5/lot. No Furniture or Large Tools!

Failure to Pick Up or Communicate: Any items not retrieved during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued.
Braydon Barber is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auctioneer’s bond in accordance with Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.
