This home contains the following items for sale:

Kitchen : set of Pfaltzgraff dinner ware. Kitchen Aid complete mixer with all attachments,Several pyrex dishes with lids , clear glass wine and cocktail glasses , large soup tureen , pots and pans including a # 10 Griswold frying pan in great shape. Several other frying pans and pots. toaster, Pryrex primary bowls, electric warming trays and silver serving dishes.

Dining room has a gorgeous table that with all six leaves in measures 5' by 14+ feet. large matching buffet and sideboard. There are pads for table and all leaves.  These can be purchased together or separately. Price for entire set will be less expensive. Beautiful cut glass three piece votive set. Set of white china with silver rim ; 24 place setting.

Table full of colored glassware  ; green goblets , gold goblets an some beautiful bowls and pitchers.

Living room has the following : couch and loveseat in pastel colored roses. three end tables with stone insets and three small square tables with beveled glass. Nice oil painting above fireplace ,  brass and crystal lamps small table top items including figurines and items collected over the years.

Family room: these folks entertained a lot so it has spacious seating with a two piece sectional one

is a hide a bed .Another full size couch all in muted pinks and blues. Two end tables with leather tops.

 and a very large coffee table with wood inlays ; one of a kind . Large built in book cases with  great books . At the far end of the room is a wet bar filled with beautiful glassware, mugs , flasks, and bar equipment . The sink and mirrors make it great . You can shut the doors when not in use. There is a nice  storage room next to the bar ..

Three season room is filled with holiday items but the best item is a adult size Santa costume with coat, hat  , beards , long under ware and suspenders. A large oblong outdoor glass table ; chairs can be found on the deck along with garden ornaments and  a grill as well as a  potting table.

Quite a bit of the house is in the Craftsman style with copper fixtures and knotty pine . It will be on the market soon . We can provide you with a contact person if you are interested. The foyer is beautiful with the wood and has anice wood table to welcome you.

        there are two bedrooms and they both open to private baths.        

Hollywood bed frame and a wood night stand and Deco styled dresser with mirror. We also have camera equipment and some electronics.

Second bedroom is larger and has built in closets as does the first. We are selling a metal and wood queen size bed , some nice mens' clothes. Another Decco style dresser and mirror and a tall chest of drawers in a different style. There is a computer desk with copier and  fax and a very durable shredder. To cover the very large dining table there is a rack of table cloths to fit the table.

We have a small area in the laundry room with some sewing notions and a Singer portable sewing machine.

The garage is full of garden tools and other work bench items . Several blowers , trimers , and shovels , garden tools ; everything you would expect to find in a house that has had a family growing up here.

We also have several pieces of luggage and small hand tools.

The other items include a Marksman repeater BB gun and a 760 pumpmaster rifle.
