We would like all items to be removed by 2:00 Saturday. If you need to make other arrangements you will need to speak with Ann Cobb.
We will no longer assist with moving heavy or large items. Please bring your own help to move these items.
If Raymond chooses to assist you there will be a $20.00 fee
You are welcome to bring your own bag BUT you are no longer able to carry the bag throughout the sale. Please leave your bags with the cashier.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BUYERS enter the premises AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Entering the sale location acknowledges that Ann Cobb Liquidations and the homeowner are indemnified against any claims of injury or loss.
