This is a small space and only 10 people will be allowed in at one time. Please come prepared for inclement weather.
Sorry children will not be admitted. Please leave large bags and big coats in the car or at home. You will be asked to return to your vehicle if carrying a large bag.

The depth of the collections in this Euclid estate is so impressive that it has to be offered in two segments. This segment will feature a curated selection reflective of iconic Cleveland memories, Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Victorian period furnishings and decor. A 2018 sale will be announced for February. 

This estate includes many items from Halle's, Higbee's, May Co., Euclid Beach Park, other area amusement parks, other iconic Cleveland landmarks, a collection of stained glass windows, lighting, as well as period pieces and reproductions from the Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Victorian eras. The collector had a passion for Art Nouveau and Victorian period artists, chose her subjects carefully, and had them framed beautifully. 

Space is seriously limited - only 10 to 15 people will be permitted inside at one time. Due to the temperatures, please come dressed warmly as there is simply no room to let people wait inside. The home is across the street from the lake so there can also be strong winds.

As you enter the living room of the home of our collector, you will be surprised by the amount of beautiful items she was able to pack into her home. Each wall is covered and there are lamps, stained glass windows, small tables, display cabinets, and gorgeous furniture every where you look...A chaise lounge next to a fireplace mantel featuring torchieres, Anri carvings, a Victorian smoking bench and more gorgeous lamps from both the Art Deco and Art Nouveau periods.This relief plaque is just one of the rare and unique finds available at the sale. A pyro engraved display case unlike any we've scene holds gorgeous perfume bottles and topped by one of many peacock-themed pieces.This Victorian arm chair and two stained glass windows steel the scene but don't miss the other details including the Funeral Holy Card Holder to the right in front of the door.
