Please note there is no parking available near the home due to the grounds and limited passage surrounding pond near the driveway.  Driveway to the home is approximately 1/4 mile in length.  For those with mobility issues please contact us for drop off.  The residence is expansive and inventory is located on main floor and lower level.  

 It is our pleasure to offer selective inventory at this exquisite Residence.  A well rounded family focusing on experiences and activities are on to the next adventure and have left behind a multitude of quality goods for your consideration!  Once you see the property, you will understand the inventory.  Nestled on 20+ acres of protected Chagrin Land Conservancy bucolic land on the Chagrin River we can certainly appreciate the offerings they've left for us to sell!  Their love of the great outdoors is evident, as well as their stylish and timeless furnishings in the home.  

Baker Furniture is the focal point of the furnishing category.  Everything from upholstery, game table & chairs to casegoods, Baker always delivers a quality item that withstands the test of time.  Arhaus makes up the Tuscan dining table & chairs, 2 swivel with ottoman grouping and a few occasional chairs.  The matching sleek sofas are from Rudin, and Michael Berman completes the lineup with more occasional seating.  All well built, made to last and certainly not disposable!  More groupings will be presented midweek as we continue to stage and catalogue!

Any sports enthusiasts out there?  Well, we've got an extensive line up!  Hockey is key here folks!  Sticks, protective gear, apparel, skates and everything else!  Snowboards, sleds, poles, minisleds and other curious 'snowbound' accessories.  Basketballs, mitts, baseballs, softballs, bats and protective gear.  And not one set of Golf Clubs, but multiples!  Multiple bikes (Bianchi, Giant, GT Chucker) and cycling gear, paintball guns, ammo, and all the gear.  There's just so much!  Wet suits, shoes of all sorts, cleats, clothing and everything under the sun!

Now, if you have fur babies, or are planning on opening a kennel we've got every cage option, gate, stairs, bed, car covering and canine accessories for every size!  The garage is mainly composed of dog related items.  However there's a plethora of items for the 2 legged variety!  Snow shovels (good ones and many), snow blower, tools, chain saw, lawn maintenance, gardening, storage solutions and general 'stuff' that everyone needs-especially at reduced pricing!

We've combined the library with the closet!  Ladies, if you're active and a size X-Small to Small you'll be in heaven.  Lululemon, Freepeople, frye, Lilly and Anthropology et. al.  Men, if you're tall (sz MD-LG) the equal awesome inventory is available to you!  North Face, active wear, business casual, Hugo Boss and general on trend and classic styling!

To round it all out and complete the level of 'fun' in this household we've got multiple game consoles, Yamaha Pacifica guitar, Sports Memorabilia,  professional Ping Pong, Poker Games, Board Games for every age, wine accessories, party accessories, Carrom Hockey Game, work out equipment and basically anything that you can imagine.  You know those really fun neighbors you envy and wish they'd invite you to their next party?   Well, this is their Sale!  It's not your typical china and crystal Sale.  It's peppered with a whole lot of fun, useful, youthful, great inventory!
