We aim to make this process simple and mutually beneficial for our clients and shoppers.
We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. Enter at your own risk.
ALL SALES FINAL! It is your responsibility to inspect all items you wish to purchase.
Numbers are given out at 9am Friday morning, first come first serve. We do not reserve numbers for anyone as it is not fair to those who may show up early.
We will limit the amount of customers inside the home to ensure a smooth sale.
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, cards and check. Cash and Zelle is preferred.
Friday prices are FIRM (unless otherwise specified by client)
Saturday, 20% off 10am, 50% off at noon, bargaining may begin at 1pm.
You must provide your own help to remove large items. We are sellers, not movers :)
Shoplifters will be banned. We have cameras, and switching tags does count as stealing.
Please remember you are entering someones home who is going through a big transition. Respect the home as if it were your own. If there are any issues, please let the staff know immediately.

Note: This Grandview street parking is tricky, especially with DK Diner nearby. If possible, walking from 1st or 3rd Ave. may alleviate some frustration. For large pickups, the alley behind house is best. Thanks for your patience!
