- Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping arrangements. Please make sure the location, date and time work for you prior to bidding or do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pickup of your purchases on the scheduled pickup date, unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.
- Listings times have a soft close. Extra time may be added to ending times to allow bidders more time to win. This will give you time to receive an outbid notification and place a higher bid and mimics what happens in a live auction where the auctioneer asks for any last bids before making the sale.
-A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the bid amount.
- If you win a listing, all items are included. You cannot pick and choose
- Invoices will be emailed following the close of the auction. Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you before paying so that we can group multiple lots on one invoice. Please note the pickup location address will be listed on the invoice.
- Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. You will have the option to pay with PayPal as the first option or use a Debit or Credit Card as the second option after you click to check out. Cash is only accepted at pickup with prior advance notice and if you have exact change.
- All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items cannot be removed from the estate without payment. Therefore, if total payment is not received before the local pickup date & time, the items will be forfeited and bidding privileges may be revoked.
- Shipping is available for most items in this sale, but not all, at the winning bidder's expense.We use USPS for all items that fit in a flat rate ship envelope or box. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, we may use 3rd party shipping for packing and shipping. If you require shipping, please send an email to Rosie rharris@caringtransitions.com once you receive your invoice.
- All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
- Please let us know if you need delivery of your items. We have a third party service that will deliver within the greater Cincinnati area starting at $100. Please let us know if you need this service. This will need to be done immediately following the close of the auction in order to be able to schedule accordingly.
- If you do not pay for your item by or during pickup day and we have not made other arrangements, your item will be resold or donated and your bidding privileges with CTBids will be suspended.
- If you pay for your item and it is not picked up on the specified day and time of pickup and other arrangements have not been made, your item is considered abandoned and will be resold or donated. Your bidding privileges with CTBids will be suspended.
- Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is not available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or out-building.
