The online sales are a great mix for both the in-home sale lovers and the online auction lovers. The items are placed for sale at a direct buy now price. The first person to click the buy now and complete the transaction, wins the item. If you want the product but want to negotiate a lower price, simply call me( William 513-680-0276) with Sale name, SKU and an offer. I will answer calls in the order they come in. All items must be sold and is a great way to get a lot of bang for the buck.
The pickup will be on Saturday, December 3 from 10am to 1pm. The exact address of the scheduled pickup will be on the bottom of the invoice e-mailed.
Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT always available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or out-building.
Shipping is not available for this sale.
All items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. Alternative arrangements can be made for additional charge.
We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, and where is. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device.
