There’s no on-street parking available, so please use the side streets. Be mindful, as some of them have no-parking signs. The driveway is reserved for the Patriot Crew and purchase pick-ups, so don’t park there. Also, avoid blocking neighboring driveways or mailboxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This cozy home is filled with 70’s treasures, so entry will be limited to 15 people at a time, as needed, or until the line clears. We usually see long lines, especially on the first day, so be ready for a bit of a wait.

Terms & Conditions

We accept cash, Venmo, debit, & credit cards. Cards will be taxed.

We do not accept checks.

We are fully licensed, bonded, & insured.

PLEASE NOTE - If you plan on attending our sales, please note that you do so at your own risk. Patriot Estate Liquidation LLC is not liable or responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries that may occur during your visit.

NO PRE-SALES - Items will only be available for purchase once the sale officially begins. This helps ensure fairness for everyone planning to attend our sales.

NO PRE-PRICING - This is because pricing typically isn’t fully set until the sales opening date and time.

NO NUMBERS - We don’t issue numbers; all our sales operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but you must be physically present in line to hold your place. Unattended chairs or other placeholders don't reserve a spot & may be moved.

- All items are sold as-is & where they are, with no refunds. Be sure to check everything carefully before buying.

- Please keep track of your own spot in line, as our team won’t be managing the line or overseeing the outside area before the estate sale’s opening date & time.

- Items outside the home that are part of the estate sale can be claimed or purchased on sale days before opening time, on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the situation. However, anything inside the buildings or homes on the property is strictly off-limits & cannot be purchased before the official sale start date & time.
