Due to the nature of the age of the pieces in this collection, any possible wear associated with age has been considered into prices of said pieces. No large bags will be allowed. In the event of inclement weather shoes will be removed upon entering the residence.

PLEASE NOTE we will be running a shuttle from Pepper Pike Country Club to the estate starting ONE HOUR PRIOR to each day of the sale. Address 2800 Som Center Road, Hunting Valley, 44124 (the entrance to parking lot is on Some Center Road between Shaker and Fairmount on the west side of the street) do not arrive earlier than ONE HOUR prior to opening of sale. There is NO PARKING ON SOM CENTER ROAD or on the property. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
