This exquisite home is packed! The treasures on three floors span the eras of the 1960's to 1990's from Italy, Hungary, Japan and other places. Vintage furniture, lighting, crystal, china, art, women's and men's clothing and more this well-heeled couple lived elegantly. This clean smoke-free home won't disappoint!
Glass: Cut glass, Hungarian crystal, Waterford, stemware, decanters vases, and more.
Sterling: Bowls, dishes, vases, shot glasses, some flatware and serving pieces.
Furniture: Italian gilt and painted magazine holder, Italian gilt metal tassel tables, neoclassical style mirror, dining table, curio cabinet, console table, bookcases, antique Japanese screen, settee, headboard and bed, pair of leather recliners, French sofa, desk and more I can't stress enough how clean this home was kept. No children or pets.
Lighting: Waterford chandelier, assorted chandeliers, occasional lamps.
Art: Original art work and etchings by Cleveland School and Hungarian artists.
China and Porcelain: Over 200 pieces of Royal Albert, also Szolnay, Herend, Royal Doulton, Royal Worcester Evesham, Czech and Hungarian, Royal Vienna cups and saucers.
Clothing: There are over 2000 pieces of men's and women's clothing and each and every piece was in a plastic dry cleaner bag.
Lady's: From size 6-16. From evening to casual and almost all of it high quality, 1960's through the 1990's. Some designers are St. John, Yves Saint Laurent, Missonni, Ceil Chapman, Geoffrey Beene, Cole of California, Victor Costa, Ungaro, Escada, Dalton, Geist, Emanuel Khan, Malcolm Starr, Adrienne Vittadini, etc. all from Saks Fifth Ave., Higbee's and Halle's. Some bought overseas. Three pairs of Yves St. Laurent cashmere gloves, . Bally, Givenchy, Ferragamo, St. John and assorted shoes. There are designer shoes and boots from those eras all size 7 1/2. Many hats, gloves, purses and scarves. Fox, curly lamb, Persian lamb, sheared beaver stoles, collars, hats and earmuffs.
Men's: Features Zegna, Saks Fifth Ave. and Baker just to name a few. The shoes are Bally and Belvidere, lots of loafers, in size 9-9 1/2. Some croc and reptile, all kept in boxes with stretchers!
Jewelry: Vintage and modern. Some 14K gold, sterling brooches, rings, necklaces and bracelets with turquoise, amber, gemstones and plain. Lagos ring. Lots of costume jewelry! Many sets by Kramer, Weiss, Vogue, Marvella and Firenza. The earrings are all clip back.
Misc: Christmas decorations, plastic dinnerware by Heller, tableclothes, kitchenware, napkins, boxes of note cards, vintage Republican ephemera, boxes of Berensten Bears ceramics, Nightmare Before Christmas and Star Wars memorabilia still in packages. Patio furniture, record albums, Denon and other stereo equipment and speakers, magazines, lucite towel bars, tchotchkes, sheets and pillow cases, and so on.
