No chargebacks or payment disputes are allowed, so please bid carefully. Your card on file will be charged automatically 24 hours after invoice is sent for all purchases under $1,500, including the 17% buyer’s premium and any applicable taxes or fees. For purchases over $1,500, or those including titled vehicles or gold, payment must be made by wire transfer, cash, or certified check. Credit cards cannot be accepted for these transactions. If a card is declined (expired, insufficient funds, etc.), a $25 reprocessing fee will apply. Pickup: Local pickup is by appointment only during designated times - schedule your appointment thru the Shipping Saint Link! Shipping: We offer affordable shipping for small items only through Shipping Saint. Buyers pay all shipping costs. A minimal handling fee covers packing materials and labor. We reuse supplies when possible. Insurance is required. Shipping costs may exceed the item’s price—please bid accordingly. Shipping invoices are usually sent within 10 business days after pickup ends. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Shipping may take 10 days to 2 weeks after auction close. For urgent shipping, contact us - if we can't meet your deadline, we can deliver to UPS at your expense.

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or returns. All sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items, determine value and condition, and ask questions PRIOR to bidding. Descriptions and images are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Item Descriptions & Coin Grading: While we strive to describe items accurately, MBE&A is not responsible for errors or omissions. Bidders are solely responsible for verifying all information.
