PARKING ON STREET - Opposite side of house only, follow street signs, do not block driveways or mailboxes

ENTRY INTO HOUSE WILL BE STRICTLY CONTROLLED - FIRST 12 PEOPLE WILL BE ADMITTED UPON OPENING

* Numbers to enter the sale are available at the front door approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours before the sale opens
* Please line up at the front door to get your number
* Each person needs to obtain their own separate number for entry
* Numbers will be called in order to enter the house at the opening of the sale each day
* Must present numbers at entrance and enter the house to officially enter the sale
* All items purchased as is - No returns
* Credit/Debit cards and cash are accepted
* Please bring your own help for moving items. We do not move or deliver items.
* Pricing will not be released until the sale opens
* Price tags for higher priced outdoor items will be available at the cash register upon opening
* We are not responsible for accidents

By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras. We do not allow large handbags inside the home, and all food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering.
