The home will be for sale by Karen Huelsman of Irongate Realtors very soon. It is a wonderful home located across the street from Lincoln Park Retirement Home. It is wonderfully landscaped and would make a great home for anyone!

The auction will start at 6PM on Monday, June 8th and start closing at 6PM on Monday June 22nd.

Pickup will be on Monday June 29th from 3-6PM at 651 Renaldo Woods Court, Kettering Ohio! 

Please note that this is a very private housing community with very specific parking areas.  We will direct to the proper parking areas for the removal!

This auction is an online only, it is completely online! No bidding in person on auction site!

Please bring help and equipment to remove items safely. Please bring assistance and equipment to remove what is purchased!

We are practicing social distancing at all of our events as best can. Please be courteous of others at the removals. Obviously, this is a trying time for all of us and we will be adjusting these policies as needed or required to keep everyone safe.
