No Early Bird Shopping!
Line numbers will NOT be given out. First come, first serve. Line up at side garage door for entrance. Items located in house, back patio, and garage.
Sales conducted during the estate sale are CASH ONLY!
If purchasing larger/heavier items such as furniture-
Please bring your own help to assist with the removal. Sales attendants are not available to load large
items.
Please ask sales attendants for any help you may need when looking at items.
There are stairs and steps in some rooms. Please be aware. Homeowner and estate sale employees are not responsible for accidents or injuries. By attending this sale you agree to these conditions.
Items Paid In Full may be left up to 24 hours. Please make pick up/delivery arrangements with cashier.
Restroom facilities are not available for personal use.
If you have reusable shopping bags please bring them to use while shopping to gather the things you would like to purchase.
