Cash or check only with proper I.D. - there will be a $50 fee for any returned checks
Purchaser will be responsible for moving all merchandise bought
If unable to move items purchased the day of all merchandise must be picked up by 4pm the last day of the sale otherwise purchase will then be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
