ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won. 

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items. Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely. We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

Note:  If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You will need to pay with $Cashapp or pay with cash at pick up.
