Deadlines and close of Internet bidding: Itemswill begin to close three items per minute at the scheduled date andstart time of the online sale, and will sell to the winning Internetbuyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on thewebsite. This online sale will feature our automatic extension systemwhich grants a five minute extension to the end of the sale of any itemreceiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then closewhen five minutes have elapsed without any activity.
Shipping requests

If you have won an item and would like to have it shippedjust reply to the email invoice you receive following the sale closewith your shipping request.

Items that can be easily boxed and shipped - noted with a 'Yes' under the Shipping Availability section of the item listing
If you have purchased items at one of our sales and it must beshipped to you, we would be happy to do so for the actual shippingcosts plus the associated handling charges ($2.50 per item - minimum$5.00). Payment for items to be shipped must be made by providing aVisa or MasterCard number. If you are bidding on items and plan to havethem shipped it is best to provide us with a credit card number priorto the close of the sale to expedite the shipping process. The cardnumber must be provided to us by calling 513.505.9071. Credit cardswill be placed on file in association with your bidder number in theevent of future shipping requests. Your card will be charged thecombined total of the purchase amount, associated taxes, actualshipping charges, and handling charges based on the terms outlinedbelow. A revised invoice with shipping and handling charges will beincluded with your order. The merchandise should be shipped prior toten business days after the scheduled sale removal and payment date.

We will work with Pak Mail (located at 3149-A Dixie Highway,Erlanger, KY 41018) to pick up your items and prepare them forshipment. For your convenience we have provided a hyper link in theitem listing so that you may email prior to the sale closing to requesta shipping quote. You may also call Kathy directly at 859-578-0580 withquestions. Payment for items to be picked up by Pak Mail must be madeby providing a Visa or MasterCard number. We will charge you for thesale invoice amount only. You will be contacted separately to makepayment to Pak Mail for the pack and ship charges once the items areready for shipment. If you are bidding on items and plan to use PakMail it is best to provide us with a credit card number prior to theclose of the sale to expedite the process. The card number must beprovided to us by calling 513.505.9071. Credit cards will be placed onfile in association with your bidder number in the event of futureshipping requests. You are also welcome to make your own arrangementsto have your items picked up by the agent of your choosing. However,this must take place during the scheduled pick up times and we mustreceive payment for your invoice amount prior to releasing your items.
