Garage is full of tools, patio and garden statuary as well. This is a two part auction with lots ending on Tuesday Oct. 17th and Wednesday Oct 18th starting at 6pm.

Payment accepted by credit card or cash at pickup.

Terms: 15% buyers premium.

Per your inspection all items are sold as is where is with no guarantees expressed written or implied. We will describe any damage to the best of our abilities. Photos are major part of description.

Pickup is preferred. Pickup is Saturday October 21st, 9am-2pm. Help will be available to load large pieces at $10 per piece. YOU MUST let us know before the pickup if you would like assistance in loading. Please call us at 440-983-1427.

Pickup location is in Madison (North), Ohio 44057, near the lake. Exact address will be on invoice.
