OUR STAFF WILL BE WEARING MASKS DURING PICK UP AND BIDDERS MUST WEAR THEM AS WELL. NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE IN A BUILDING AT A TIME. BUYERS MUST MAINTAIN 6' SOCIAL DISTANCING.

PLEASE BRING HELP/TOOLS NECESSARY FOR LARGER ITEMS, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU MOVE ITEMS.
Please bring assistance and wrapping material/boxes if needed we do not provide these.
DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP DURING THE DURATION OF THE PICK UP TIME AND DAY, THERE WILL BE NO OTHER TIME FOR PICK UP!
If You fail to pick up your items, this will result in a $10 disposal fee and possible termination of account from bidding on future auctions. Thank you
