Before we get ahead of ourselves some important things to make our shoppers aware of.

• Shoes off or shoe coverings provided, no exceptions.
• Parking - there is NO PARKING on the property or on the driveway - it is reserved for pick-ups only. The good news is that there is a LARGE public parking lot behind the house down the hill. There is also public parking allowed on the side streets (no parking on Broadway).
• There will be no clothing, purses, shoes etc. for sale in this sale, there are no mattresses for sale.
• Not all of this home will be open. We have consolidated items...make sure to check out the garage. No basement.
