Planning a DIG OUT first weekend of November

What is an Estate Sale Dig-Out?

A Dig-Out Estate Sale is a less structured estate liquidation process in which the majority of merchandise is not individually priced, staged, or organized in the manner of a traditional estate sale. Due to the volume, condition, or arrangement of personal property, customers will be permitted to browse, sort through, and uncover merchandise within designated areas of the property.

Sale Procedures

- The majority of merchandise will remain unpriced, with pricing determined by Dusty Jane's Estate Liquidation at the time of purchase.

- Merchandise may remain in its existing location and condition, with limited sorting, staging, cleaning, or preparation prior to the sale.

- Customers will be permitted to carefully search through designated areas, including boxes, containers, and accumulated personal property.

- Dusty Jane's Estate Liquidation reserves the right to determine pricing, negotiate offers, and make final sales decisions in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

- Due to the nature of a dig-out sale, items may be moved, handled, or rearranged by customers during the sale.
