HALF PRICE SUNDAY - ESTATE SALE MIDDLETOWN/MONROE , OH --

Half price Sunday on items that are still available -  This estate sale located on the border of Middletown and Monroe features a packed oversized 3 car garage loaded with tools of all types,    and a  2nd floor filled with decor and patio items including cushions, umbrellas, various holiday themes and more.

This is a two part sale, the first part will be the 3 car garage with the 2nd floor and the 2nd part will be the house, 2 car garage and basement, which is also packed and will be held at a later date.

We accept credit cards (over 20.00 with a 3% fee) checks with proper ID and of course cash.

We ask that you bring your own help in moving items as we do not assist with moving or loading and it will be necessary to provide your own boxes/containers due to the amount of items at this sale - We will not be able to provide boxes.

There are steps to the second floor, we will limit the number of people allowed there due to space as it is packed. We will ask that you go quickly through this 2nd floor to allow others to enter
