Great sale in a farm house and garage. Do not enter barns and outbuildings. Property is not for sale.
No early entry and no early sales. Please maintain social distance with fellow customers.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Cash, checks with proper ID and credit are accepted. Fee of $40 for returned checks.
There are steps, including some without railings, to enter and exit the house.
