ALL SALES FINAL! We do not offer presales. It is your responsibility to inspect all items you wish to purchase.
Numbers are given out at 8am Friday morning, first come first serve. We do not reserve numbers for anyone as it is not fair to those who may show up early.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle. Cash is preferred, electronic forms of payment will come with a processing fee.
Friday prices are FIRM (unless otherwise specified by client)
Saturday, 20% off 9am, 50% off at noon, bargaining may begin at 1pm.
You must provide your own help to remove large items.
Shoplifters will be banned. We have cameras, and switching tags does count as stealing.
Please remember you are entering someones home who is going through a big transition. Respect the home as if it were your own. If there are any issues, please let the staff know immediately.
