Please note (some terms do not apply to our Showroom in Akron):
-This house is located at the top of a very steep and long driveway, probably about 200-300 ft. long or so (just a guess). Anyone who has trouble getting around, we are asking you to please consider this conditions before you arrive.
-We are unable to answer pricing questions before the sale begins, except on designated items.
-You are responsible for removing the purchased item(s) during sale hours, and without the help of our sales associates.
-All sales are final. Until the payment is made, prices are subject to change.
-Cash, good checks and credit cards (with fee) are accepted.
-As sale items are subject to change, occasionally featured items will no longer available at the time of the sale.
-Not responsible for accidents or illness. Consumers are at their own risk when on the sale premises.
-We encourage social distancing, and reserve the right to ask customers to wait at the door until other shoppers have exited.
