Estate sale

This sale  is a 4 day ESTATE sale, sometimes called tag sale or garage sale 

NOT an auction.   4416 Lansing off Porter near Center Ridge

Thur Oct 5th - Sun Oct 8th. Thur 9-6, Fri. & Sat. 9-5 and Sun. 10-4

 The house is packed, and all though I'm calling it a tag sale, 95%  is NOT priced. 

If you don't have a clue on what your willing to spend on something, this sale will test your patience.

Trust me when I say there are over 1,000 pieces of ladies clothing, dresses, formals, blouses, slacks, skirts, outer coats, jackets, scarfs, size Small, mostly size 4, a few may be Medium but on the small side. 100's of purses, many designer names. 400 + pairs of shoes size 6 1/2, probably 100 + ladies hats.

Much misc household including tablecloths and napkin sets, dozens of Christmas wreaths and other holiday decorations, to many to count of household nic nacs and pictures, there is furniture, if you can see it from the clothing and misc. wood 4 section screen, sectional, bedroom, dining set, desks, office chairs, cabinets, corner cabinet, credenza, small and large screen TV's, holiday decorations, craftsman toolchest, 3 pre lit 6' Christmas trees, luggage, 2 sewing machines, 24; aluminum extension ladder, outdoor cedar patio furniture. Nordic trac C 700 treadmill, Pacific weight system, side by side stainless refrigerator, electric stove, washer & dryer, several sets of dishes and several sets of glassware, dozens of plastic ware pieces, dozen serving platters, and covered casserole dishes.

It is going to be difficult to have several people in the house at one time.  I will do my best to accommodate everyone,

It is going to be difficult to park, because there is no curb lawn on a good portion of the street, you may have to walk. The driveway will accommodate 4 cars. If you see 4 cars already there, don't block them in please.

I'm going to ask you to please not toss things around as you look thru everything

Plan to bring at least $200 cash.  You'll spend it.  I will only be taking credit cards on purchases over $100 and there is a 3% fee. No personal checks.

If you know of someone that wears size 4 small clothing or 6-1/2 size shoe tell them they need to come to the sale.

If you know of someone that has a shop or sells online tell them to come to the sale.
